The procedure and documents required (specialy the electronic card CNIE, and a document proving residence in Canada -RP card, Canadian citizenship card, Study Permit, Work Permit) for biometric passports are listed in the section : BIOMETRIC PASSPORTS (Click Here).
Passport request form :
Click on the following link «FORM FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF PASSPORT» : to print and fill (in capital letters) before coming to the Consulate.
Photos norms :
The requested Photos are 3.5x4.5cm format, and the face between 3.2 et 3.6cm
Conditions for withdrawal of the Biometric Passport :
- Bring the old Passport or the temporary Passport when withdrawing the new one. It will be canceled and will be return back to you ;
- A Passport not withdrawn after 6 months is automatically canceled. Check its availability on the website: www.passeport.ma, Topic: Suivi de la demande.
Laissez-Passer :
The LAISSEZ-PASSER is a travel document issued to Moroccan national deprived of passport or holding an outdated one. It is used only in case the holder takes the decision to return to Morocco.

1- Two (2) photographs of the applicant ;
2- Nationa Identity Card (C.I.N) fot those registred with the Consulate ;
3- Any document proving the Moroccan nationality of the applicant who is not registred with the Consulate (C.I.N, outdated passport,…) or, if not, legalized statement with the Consulate of two Moroccan witnesses or relatives, registred with the Consulate and certifying to know the applicant perfectly ;
4- Flying ticket (or reservation).
